1. Are you on my insurance plan?
Are we on your insurance plan? Chances are yes. We’re on all the major medical carriers in the state of Kentucky including:
- Aetna
- Anthem
- Blue Cross Blue Shield
- Cigna
- Humana
- United Health Care
- Medicare
- All Auto Accident Injury insurance
If you’re not one of those, call our office and we can call to verify your chiropractic benefits and make sure that we are on your insurance before you began any treatment.
2. How much does chiropractic treatment cost?
How much does the treatment cost in our office? It depends on your insurance, if you have a deductible, or if you have a co-pay or you may not have any insurance at all.
The bottom line for chiropractic treatment in our office its $45 if you do not have any insurance.
3. How many chiropractic visits does my insurance cover?
How many visits do your insurance cover for chiropractic? It depends on your insurance and you can call us and we will verify your chiropractic benefits.
It also depends on your condition on what’s wrong with you. In general, I’d say most of insurance carriers would cover between 20 to 30 chiropractic visits a year.
4. Would your office know my co-pay or deductible?
Does my office know your co-pay or deductible? No, we would have to get your insurance information from you, and then we would call ahead of time and find out your chiropractic coverage.
We can call you back with the chiropractic coverage information or tell you when you arrive from your appointment.
5. What does the treatment cost if no insurance?
What if you don’t have any health insurance? That’s totally fine, in today’s economy a lot of people who don’t have insurance right now. So, we make it very easy for them.
The bottom line price for chiropractic treatment in our office is $45.
6. What to expect on your first chiropractic visit?
What happens on your first visit to our office? The staff will greet you when you come in and they will hand you a health history form.
Then we’ll go back to the exam room where we spend some time talking about your condition and your history.
We take a full consultation and we’ll perform an examination which will include ranges of motion of your spine, neurological and orthopedic tests that we help us determine what exactly is wrong.
Then if we need to we can take x-rays at that point as well.
In addition to that, we’re going to do something in order to help your condition that day whether it be massage therapy, muscle steam, ultrasound, something that will help you with your current condition.
7. How long is the first chiropractic visit?
How long is your first chiropractic visit going to take in our office? Generally, it’s going to be between a half hour and forty five minutes. That includes all the paper work, exam, and treatment.
8. How soon can I get an appointment?
How soon can you get an appointment in your office? We reserve two emergency appointments each day, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. So, chances are if you call our office we can see you the same day.
9. What are your office hours?
What are our office hours? Our office hours are in Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 8:30 to 6:00. We’re open on Tuesday from 2:00 to 6:00 and Friday from 8:30 to 12:00.
